M.V. Cargo grain terminal in the port of Pivdenny (Odesa region) introduces JIT+ service for automation of agricultural logistics designed to organize grain trucks logistics and minimize queues at the access to the terminal.

"The software has already been installed at the terminal's vehicle registration point and will also be installed on drivers' smartphones. The system will operate on the basis of GPS navigation. With its help, we will estimate the number of trucks, cargo volumes and distance to the terminal. Thus, we will be able to directly regulate the order of vehicles entering the terminal," the company says.

M.V. Cargo also plans to build a parking lot for 500 trucks near the terminal. Parking for 100 cars is already accessible for approved trucks and for those waiting for unloading.

Earlier it was reported that the second railroad line was commissioned at M.V. Cargo.
