Bogdan Kostetsky resigns from Bunge Ukraine and Russia

Bogdan Kostetsky resigns from Bunge Ukraine and Russia Commercial Manager Grains and Oilseeds, market participants inform.

This information was confirmed to Latifundist.com by Bogdan Kostetsky.

"I've had a short-term, but an intense mission. The company was going through uncontrolled processes against the backdrop of acute internal conflict. Among other things, my task was to unite my team. I understand that today many of the team members are confused by my resignation," commented Bogdan Kostetsky.

In his opinion, the boom of multinational companies is dying out. The company will now focus on the operation and optimization of existing assets. Such Ukrainian companies as Kernel, MHP and NIBULON, as well as actively developing medium and large agricultural holdings, have pushed back multinational players due to their greater investment appetite. Bogdan Kostetsky said that he was considering alternative options for the development of his career.

Bogdan Kostetsky also denied the conflict with the company management.

"My position is currently vacant. Consolidation of structural units and functional interconnections is possible, thus this position in the company will be transformed," he added.

Bunge confirmed that Bogdan Kostetsky was leaving the company at the end of September.

"We appreciate Bogdan Kostetsky's contribution and wish him further success," the company commented.

Bogdan Kostetsky was appointed Commercial Manager Grains and Oilseeds for Bunge Ukraine and Russia on June 20th, 2019.
