Wage leader regions in the agricultural sector — research results

Blue-collar workers earn more than office employees. The list also includes specialists professionally engaged in agriculture. The salary of a combine harvester operator, for example, can reach UAH 100 thou. per month, the data of the research conducted by AgroRobota.com.ua shows.

"Agrarians of Kyiv and Kyiv region are paid more than their colleagues from other regions — 18.4 thou. UAH/month. In November, agricultural workers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Poltava regions will receive UAH 15.5 thou., UAH 15.2 thou. and UAH 14.6 thou., respectively," the report reads.

The research data shows that the lower salary will be received by workers in Ternopil, Kherson and Chernivtsi regions — UAH 12 thou., UAH 11.9 thou. and UAH 11.8 thou., respectively.

Previously reported that in January-August 2019, the average monthly salary in the agricultural sector of Ukraine increased by 23% from the comparative period in 2018 and amounted to UAH 8.430.
