Pivdenny seaport will see another grain terminal construction

Greenterminal company (Odesa region) plans construction of a grain terminal in the sea port of Pivdenny, port's administration informs.

This was considered at a meeting of the Port Pivdenny Council. The draft updated development plan of the sea port was elaborated for short (up to 5 years), medium (up to 10 years) and long (25 years) terms.
No further details have been specified yet.
Pursuant to the sea port development plan approved by the Ministry of Infrastructure in April 2017, Greenterminal company planned to construct the marine part of the terminal and berth No. 36.
As a reminder, Pivdenny boosted grain cargo transshipment by 39.6% YoY to 10.99 mln t.
