Elevator complex worth USD 4.7 mln to be constructed in Ternopil region

The company Nyva Bila plans to construct a 40 thou. t grain elevator in Ternopil region.

As reported by the Chortkiv City Council, the total investment in the project totals USD 4.7 mln. The complex will be located on an area of about 8 ha within the Chortkiv unified territorial community (UTC). The elevator will be built in the industrial park Chortkiv-West.

"Under the design, the storage capacity of the complex will be 40 thou. t. The construction works will be done in 2021-22," the report says.

Previously reported that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized Theeuwes Real Estate for the acquisition of Ukrainian Elevator Company's assets. According to the YouControl analytical system, the ultimate beneficiary of Ukrainian Elevator Company is Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) Ukraine.
