Machinery dealer ASTRA supplied Epicenter Agro with 25 units of equipment

ABA ASTRA company supplied 25 units of agricultural machinery to Epicenter Agro enterprises, thus accelerating the sowing of spring crops by almost 1.5x.

ASTRA delivered 10 Fendt 936 Vario 360 hp tractors and 15 Horsch Maestro 24.70 precision seed drills.

According to Peter Pazsiczki, Marketing Director at ABA ASTRA, this shipment continues the productive cooperation between AGCO (Fendt), Horsch, ABA ASTRA and Epicenter Agro.

"Powerful agricultural machinery increases the efficiency of crop production. This is consistent with the strategy of the agricultural holding, in line with which all innovations in plant production technologies are aimed at improving the performance of the agribusiness," says Bogdan Cheremha, Deputy Head of the agricultural division of Epicenter K, Production Director at Epicenter Agro.

The implementation of the current investment program for the modernization of agricultural machinery fleet in 2020 has already received UAH 160 mln. Since the start of Epicenter Agro operations, investments for the purchase of new equipment has exceeded UAH 1.1 bln, the company says in a statement.

Previously reported that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized Epicenter K Group for the acquisition of Svarog West Group's asset in Khmelnytsky region, Khmelnytsk-Agro.
