State grain trader accounts for 22% of flour exports in 2019/20

The State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) exported 73.68 thou. t of flour to foreign markets in the 2019/20 season, which accounts for 22% of the total supply in the period — 334.12 thou. t.

As reported by the corporation, flour shipment in 2018/19 totalled 51.9 thou. t of total Ukraine's export of 298 thou. t. SFGCU's share in 2018/19 was 17.4%.

"The major importing countries include the U.A.E., Singapore, the PRC, Palestine, Moldova and Israel," the message reads.

• wheat or meslin flour: 331.7 thou. t
• other types of flour: 2.5 thou. t
