Land sale transactions count reached 381 by July 9
As of 9 July, the number of land sale transactions in Ukraine came to 381, the Agrarian Ministry reports.
"In the period 1-8 July, 3,074 notaries applied for access to the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (StateGeoCadastre), of which 2,956 were approved and 481 were rejected. 44 applications are still pending. Notaries are accessing the StateGeoCadastre in a standard way," the message reads.

Agrotrade, an agricultural holding operating in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy and Chernihiv regions, purchased land shares on the launch day of the land market in Ukraine.
The StateGeocadastre projected the cost of farmland in Ukraine upon land market opening with the highest being traded in Cherkasy region and the lowest in Chernihiv.
