Snow impedes grains shipment in Ukrainian sea ports
2 February 2022, 09:55
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) reports that as of Feb. 2, 08:00 a.m., ports operate with no restrictions except two maritime ports where grain loading is restricted because of snow.
Ports of Chornomorsk, Odesa have stopped cargo operations for snow.
Bystroye mouth, Bug-Dnipro-Lyman Canal (BDLC) and Kherson Sea Canal (KSC) are open.
As a reminder, two ports in Odesa region restricted cargo operations for unfavourable weather conditions earlier in January. In late January, six sea ports stopped grain shipment for snow.
