russia threatens Black Sea grain initiative: Ukraine Foreign Minister Kuleba

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba called on all states and organizations to make it clear to moscow: blackmail must stop and Russia must not be allowed to put millions of people at risk. Particularly, he addressed the states that rely on grain exports from Ukraine.

He stressed that russia is doing exactly what Ukraine warned about earlier, which is to resume the hunger games and threaten the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

Yesterday, October 13, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) recognized russia as a terrorist state.

As a reminder, in early September putin already tried to disrupt Ukraine's grain export from the ports of Big Odesa. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained why putin's accusations were groundless and nothing but manipulation.
