AMCU fined Prometey UAH 309 thousand

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) fined the company PB-Capital (Nikolaev), which is part of the Prometey group of companies, UAH 309 thousand for violating the legislation on the protection of economic competition.

PB-Capital was fined for purchasing the shares of Grebenki-Khleboproduсt (Kiev region), which ensure the excess of 50% of the votes in the highest managing body of the company, without obtaining the appropriate permission from the AMCU authorities which is obligatory.
