Svarog West Group increased storage capacities

As of January 2019, the combined storage capacity of the Fruit-growing project of Svarog West Group Corp. (apples, pears) amounted 9.8 thou. tons, the company informs.

In November 2018, Bukovynsky Garden completed the construction of a 1.1 thou. tons refrigerator with the adjustable gas environment for storing fruit and the construction of administrative and residential buildings in the administrative boundaries of the Vashkovetsky JTС (outside the settlement) in the village of Vashkovtsy, Sokyryansky district, Chernivtsi region.

The first phase of similar refrigeration equipment was put into operation in 2012. Then a modern 2.5 thou. tons fruit storage with the adjustable gas environment was opened in the village of Romankovtsy, Sokiryansky district, Chernivtsi region. Later, 5 thou. tons and 1.2 thou. tons facilities for storage of apples and pears were commissioned.

Produce of the Fruit-growing project of the Svarog West Group Corp. is stored in modern fruit storage facilities with a controlled gas environment. This technology provides fruit storing for a long period (up to 1 year) and ensures the preservation of quality indicators allowing to deliver to the market fresh apples and pears of the "premium segment" until the next harvest.
