Svarog West Group reported on winter crops condition

Svarog West Group Corp. informed that 16 thou. hectares of winter wheat and 3.26 thou. hectares of rapeseed are in satisfactory condition in the company's fields.

This year, there are optimal weather conditions for the development of winter crops.

“Now, spring fertilization of winter crops is being completed, as well as the conservation of moisture. Mineral fertilizers such as ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate, urea, CAS-32 are also applied in the required phase in the fields of the company,” commented Sergey Bolyukh, Chief Agronomist of the Northern region of Svarog West Group.

As of February 1st, 2019, the forecast of spring grain crops in Ukraine makes up 54 pct in the structure of sown areas in 2019.
