Avangard has the future with investors — Bakhmatyuk
Avangard Agroholding needs investors for further operation of the company. This was informed by Oleg Bakhmatyuk, owner of Ukrlandfarming and Avangard, UNIAN reports.
“I believe that Avangard has a future if there is an investor. The company must be supported. Time, effort and resources were invested in it,” Oleg Bakhmatyuk noted.
According to him, the major investors, 5 or 6 businessmen, are in the USA, China and in the Middle East.
“They know us, they even act as partial holders of our debt. We have been cooperating with them for about ten years. I am personally acquainted with each one of them. But their position is clear — they will not invest in the company that has problems,” the founder of the agricultural holding explained.
Previously it was reported that in the year 2018 Avangard consolidated revenue increased by 33 pct YoY to USD 169.9 million (2017: USD 127.9 million).
