Kernel denied speculation Raivis Veckagans joined the company

It was informed on July 15th that Raivis Veckagans resigned from CEO of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration (USPA) and joined Kernel.
However, the pres-service of the company denied this information in the comment for Latifundist.com.
NOTE: Raivis Veckagans was appointed CEO of USPA in 2017.
