Season 2019/20 flour export volumes up 43 pct

Flour export deliveries from Ukraine since the start of 2019/20 have reached 138.1 thou. t, 59.3 thou. t more from the prior year's comparative indicator, 78.8 thou. t.
The information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine reports that by November 15th exports reached the following indicators:
- wheat flour — 137.3 thou. t (up 59 thou. t from the comparative period of 2018/19);
- other types of flour — 0.8 thou. t (up 0.3 thou. t).
Flour exports in the 2018/19 season reached 301.4 thou. t vs. 413 thou. t in 2017/18.
In January-September of the current year, mills in Ukraine produced 1.2 mln t of wheat and wheat-rye flour, 3.1% less from the corresponding period last year.
