Mriya's pledged asset in Ternopil region up for sale, Andrey Verevskiy company authorized for this acquisition

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Financial Company FIDEM owned by Andrei Verevskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, to acquire a grain elevator of Mriya Center in Ternopil region. The asset is held by the bank as collateral.

"A permission is granted to Financial Company FIDEM LLC to acquire assets in the form of an integral property complex owned by Mriya Center which provides the possibility for carrying out business activities for the primary processing and storage of grain and industrial crops in Ternopil region," the report says.

According to the YouControl analytical system, Andrei Verevskiy is the ultimate beneficiary of Financial Company FIDEM.

Mriya Center, a former subsidiary of Mriya Agroholding, is in liquidation, YouControl data show. In early November 2018, Mriya Farming PLC (UK) and SALIC UK Ltd (Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company, United Kingdom) completed the deal for the sale to SALIC of a majority of the Mriya group`s Ukrainian farming assets, including infrastructure facilities, machinery, and companies holding land lease agreements. In June 2019, Mriya Agroholding and CFG completed the merging of businesses and since then the company has been working under a single brand, Continental Farmers Group, cultivating land in 5 regions of Western Ukraine.

In April 2019, Financial Company FIDEM was authorized for the acquisition of an asset in Ternopil region.
