Ukraine dominated grains supply to Thailand in 2019

Ukraine supplied the largest volume of grains to the Kingdom of Thailand in 2019, the Embassy of Ukraine in the country reports.
In monetary terms, Ukraine exported staple grains for the amount of USD 140 mln in the reporting period.
It is noted that trade turnover between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Thailand in 2019 totalled over USD 570 mln with a positive balance of more than USD 116 mln.
Previously reported that as of July 2, agriproducers in Ukraine harvested 1.13 mln t of early grains and legumes on 419.4 thou. ha of the planned 15.15 mln ha.
