Soybean oil shipment to Poland came to USD 77 mln, accounting for 47% of supply

Soybean oil export shipment from Ukraine totalled 228.1 thou. t in January-August 2020. The value of exports is estimated at USD 163.55 mln, the State Customs Service of Ukraine reports.

Soybean oil importing countries in 8M 2020:

1. Poland: 107.3 thou. t, USD 76.95 mln, 47.05% of the total supply
2. China: 90.79 thou. t, USD 65.09 mln, 39.8%
3. India: 12.1 thou. t, USD 8.7 mln, 5.32%
4. other countries: 17.86 thou. t, USD 12.81 mln, 7.83%

Previously reported that vegetable oils export from Ukraine in the 2019/20 season is estimated at USD 5.28 bln, 16.9% higher from the prior season.

In the period of January-December 2019, soybean oil export shipment from Ukraine totalled 374.85 thou. t worth USD 241 mln.
