Delta Wilmar started USD 5.5 mln process line at crushing facility in Ukraine

Delta Wilmar Ukraine, a Wilmar International subsidiary, launched a new technological line at its oilseeds processing plant in Odesa region.

"In fact, this is a standalone shop for bottling oil under the brand name Chumak, in particular, oil bottling in PET bottles. The investment totalled over USD 5.5 mln," the company noted.

As reported, this year, the company also opened a new shop for processing and packaging of margarine and fat products with over USD 29 mln in investments.

The market cap of the transnational agro-industrial corporation Wilmar International today is about USD 22 bln.

Previously reported that Delta Wilmar was refunded UAH 71.4 mln of VAT in September.
