Sunflower yielded 20% lower in Ukraine

In 2020, sunflower average yield in Ukraine dropped 20% YoY to 2.06 t/ha.
Under the data of the State Statistics Service, sunflower yielded 2.56 t/ha on average in Ukraine in 2019, the bulk yield reached 15.25 mln t.
Agriproducers harvested 13 mln t of sunflowerseeds in the current season. Regions having harvested the highest yield of sunflower:
