Ukraine developed new certificate for livestock export to Jordan

The State State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (SSUFSCP) and the Ministry of Agriculture of Jordan approved a new form of veterinary certificate for the export of sheep for slaughter.

The form of the certificate was developed after the Jordanian authorities provided new requirements for export procedures.

The head of the SSUFSCP Vladyslava Magaletska marks that the new form of certificate ensures the regular export of sheep from Ukraine to Jordan in accordance with the requirements of the trading partner.

This export certificate is the fourth agreed between Ukraine and Jordan. Previously, forms of certificates for the export of chilled and frozen beef, chilled meat of sheep, and cattle for slaughter from Ukraine were agreed upon between the competent authorities of both countries.

As a reminder, Kuwait approved a new veterinary certificate for the export of small cattle from Ukraine.
