AMCU allowed Khomutynnik to buy agro-enterprises from Verevskiy

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the company Cacique Limited (Limassol, Cyprus), which belongs to the Member of Parliament of Ukraine Vitaliy Khomutynnik, to acquire stakes in the authorized capital of the following agro-enterprises:
- Chervonoslobodskoe-2 (Sumy region);
- Zasule-5 (Sumy region);
- Agrosvit (Sumy region);
- Korop-Agrarian-Investments (Chernigov region);
- Chervonyanskie-Agrarian-Investments (Chernigov region);
- Sosnitsa-Agrarian-Investments (Chernigov region);
- Niva (Chernigov region).
According to the analytical system YouControl, the final beneficiary of these companies is Andrei Verevskiy, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel.
