Law enforcers conduct a meeting with defrauded by Agroinvestgroup

On May 16th, a meeting will be held with businesses affected by the unlawful actions of officials of the Agroinvestgroup agroholding.

As Latifundist.com was informed by the press service of the Headquarters of the National Police in the city of Kyiv, officers of the National Police, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine and the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) will meet with business representatives in Kyiv. The meeting starts at 11 a.m.

The National Police launched an investigation into the theft of property by Agroinvestgroup officials and filed a search for the owner of Agroinvestgroup Nikolai Kucherenko and his son Vitaliy Kucherenko on suspicion of fraud. Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv (court decision of March 28, 2019) seized the property of Agroinvestgroup in the criminal proceedings which includes the arrest of 322 units of agricultural equipment.

According to the Register of Court Decisions, Quadra Commodities SA, a subsidiary of Suntrade (Bunge Ukraine), Delta Wilmar CIS, Eridon Group, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, TAScombank and Kernel have already filed claims against Agroinvestgroup.
