Harvest Online 2020: sunflower 95% harvested in Ukraine

As of November 2, agriproducers in Ukraine harvested 70.5 mln t of main crops on 21.8 mln ha, of which grains and legumes total 53.5 mln t harvested on 13.5 mln ha, making up 88% of the planned areas.

As provided by the data of the Harvest Online 2020 project, new crop progress is as followed:

  • wheat: 25.1 mln t on 6.56 mln ha (100%) using the average yield of 3.83 t/ha
  • barley: 7.77 mln t on 2.38 mln ha (100%) yielding 3.26 t/ha
  • peas: 516.2 thou. t on 237.7 thou. ha (100%) yielding 2.17 t/ha
  • millet: 240.4 thou. t on 147.8 thou. ha (98%) yielding 1.63 t/ha
  • sunflower: 12.1 mln t on 6.06 mln ha (95%) yielding 2 t/ha
  • buckwheat: 100.3 thou. t on 77.7 thou. ha (98%) yielding 1.29 t/ha
  • soybean: 2.4 mln t on 1.2 mln ha (88%) yielding 2.04 t/ha
  • corn: 17.6 mln t on 3.6 mln ha (66%) yielding 4.9 t/ha

Rapeseed campaign was completed on 1.11 mln ha (100%): 2.55 mln t, 2.29 t/ha.

Sugar beet campaign on the reporting date progressed to 5.1 mln t on 124 thou. ha (57%) using the average yield of 41.15 t/ha.
