NIBULON completed corn harvesting at 8.5 t/ha of average yield

The production branches of NIBULON have completed corn harvesting having reached one of the company's highest yield indicators — 8.5 t/ha.

This year NIBULON's farms harvested a total of 133.6 thou. t of corn on an area of more than 16 thou. ha. Reportedly, this indicator is higher than Ukraine's average 7.47 t/ha, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, and is one of the company's most productive.

20 production branches of NIBULON produce corn in 8 regions of Ukraine. They are located in different climatic zones.

Previously the company reported sunflowerseeds harvesting completion. NIBULON produced 51.1 thou. t of sunflower on 22.5 thou. ha in the 2021 production season. The early grains campaign in NIBULON farms was finalized at all-time high indicators.

The USDA projects corn production in Ukraine at 40 mln t in 2021/22.
