Prometey authorized for acquisition of Agromino subsidiaries

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the company Archi for the purchase of Agromino subsidiaries, LLC Agro Capital Center and LLC Yavkino Holding (Kyiv).
The relevant acquisition ensures exceeding 50% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body.
Under the data of the analytical system YouControl, Rafael Goroyan, head of Prometey Group of Companies, is the ultimate beneficiary of Archi.
The Chairman of Agromino Petr Krogman is the ultimate beneficiary of LLC Agro Capital Center and LLC Yavkino Holding.
Previously reported that Agromino was delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm in November 2020.
In December 2020, Prometey was authorized by the AMCU for the acquisition of a grain elevator from Kernel in Kirovohrad region.
