Ukroilprom cut sunflower production forecast, oilseeds bulk yield estimate 5% lower for 2020/21

Ukroilprom Association's experts revised downward the forecast for main oilseed crops production in the 2020/21(September-August) season by 5% or 1.04 mln t to 19.56 mln t.
Last production season, sunflower, rapeseed and soybean yielded 22.23 mln t, 12% higher from the projected production volume in 2020/21.

Previously reported that sunflowerseeds harvest in Ukraine in 2020/21 is projected by USDA at 15 mln t, 2 mln t lower from the previous estimate.
