Harvest Online 2020: sunflower campaign 69% completed

As of October 5, agriproducers in Ukraine harvested 53 mln t of main crops on 17.1 mln ha, of which grains and legumes total 40.7 mln t harvested on 11 mln ha, making up 71% of the planned areas.

As provided by the data of the Harvest Online 2020 project, new crop progress is as followed:

  • wheat: 25.1 mln t on 6.56 mln ha (100%) using the average yield of 3.83 t/ha
  • barley: 7.77 mln t on 2.38 mln ha (100%) yielding 3.26 t/ha
  • peas: 516.2 thou. t on 237.7 thou. ha (100%) yielding 2.17 t/ha
  • millet: 198 thou. t on 107.7 thou. ha (72%) yielding 1.84 t/ha
  • sunflower: 8.3 mln t on 4.4 mln ha (69%) yielding 1.9 t/ha
  • buckwheat: 85.7 thou. t on 65.6 thou. ha (83%) yielding 1.31 t/ha
  • soybean: 1.3 mln t on 650.5 thou. ha (49%) yielding 2.01 t/ha
  • corn: 5.03 mln t on 1.1 mln ha (20%) yielding 4.57 t/ha

Rapeseed campaign was completed on 1.11 mln ha (100%): 2.55 mln t, 2.29 t/ha.

Sugar beet campaign on the reporting date progressed to 822.2 thou. t on 18.3 thou. ha (8%) using the average yield of 44.95 t/ha.
